 Steel is a ferrous metal, has been used since the iron age . Steel is a type of iron alloy. But steel was widely used during the industrial revolution. Since it is low of cost and can be used for a long span.

Pre historic time is stone age and iron age, the usage of steel is gradually evolved from pre historic to this present era, now we use AESS architecturally exposed steel structure.

casting- steel is melted and poured into mould

rolling-steel is passed into rollers to have uniform thickness

drawing-drawn product with accurate tolerances, favorable grain structure, improved material properties ad good surface finish.

forging-shaping of steel using compressive forces

extruding-forced to flow through a die of smaller cross sectional area, thus forming the work to the new cross section
