'SPIN WHEEL OF ADVANCED FRAMING SYSTEM - TIMBER AND STEEL'

I would like to share the spin wheel which has been assigned for us. The spin wheel is based on the projects designed with an advanced framing system. The spin wheel has been categorized by the project's name, location, architect, types of connections, and material used.
The hybrid structure has used in various places to achieve the aesthetic with exposed structure. HESS timber and High strength connectors -HSC are commonly using materials for advanced steel framing. There is some customized design to design the exposed structure. Most of the Hybrid structures have designed with customized truss and column supports with a combination of Timber and steel or steel and concrete. The paring of steel and wood in a single project can lead to a unique aesthetically pleasing Hybrid structure.
MATERIALS USED TO CREATE SPIN WHEEL
Millboard, Mountboard, Micron pen black and white, Plastic pin, and Foam piece with glue.
STEPS TO MAKING OF SPIN
WHEEL
1 The base/ the fixed layer has been created in circle form and sketched the detail and form of
the projects.
2. The black sheet has been stuck on top of the base where the details have been written
3. The top / the spin layer has been cut in circular form and created the voids according to the detail is written in the base layer and decorated.
4. Foam piece
has stuck in the center of the base layer and plastic joint for balance and
easy rotation
5. The top/spin of the layer has been placed in the foam and the joint has been closed with another piece
of plastic and paper.
6. Now we can
rotate the spin wheel
HOW IT WORKS
The spin layer
has been rotated according to the sketches in the fixed/ base layer, the spin
layer fixed with the marked line in the fixed layer and the information of the
sketch has been displaying in the void created in the spin layer.
